1. What’s The latest I can order till for same day dispatch?
A.
Our Post Gets Collected at 3:30pm, as this helps you get your order, usually
next day, So any Orders before 3:00pm will be processed that day.
2. What is your method of postage?
A. All items are sent
via Royal Mail, all items under £10 are sent standard all orders over £10 are
sent recorded. We know sometimes its a pain to get to your local sorting office,
especially if you live quite far so if when you place your order you attach a
note or contact us via the contact us page and ask to send the item non
recorded we will be happy to oblige.
B. Special Delivery
before 1pm – Please note that any orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed for
Saturday Delivery.
3. What PG/VG Ratio are your Liquids?
A. The PG/VG Ratio
Differs from Brand to Brand The Hangsen Range is 80PG/20VG..... And the Premium
E-Liquids will have Each Individual PG/VG ratio in the item description.
4. Do You have a Guarantee policy?
A. Batteries / Mods come
with a 30day Limited Warranty and have a life expectancy of 3-6months. This
does not affect your statutory rights. This Guarantee covers defects made by
the manufacturer and covers the repairs and/or replacements if required. If the
product has been damaged in any way by the customer, we reserve the right to
refuse a refund or a return. We cannot for hygiene and health and safety
reasons accept the return of opened e liquids (unless under extenuating
Circumstances) we will be happy to exchange or refund any unopened bottles,
again returned at the buyers expense.
5. What's Your Return Policy?
A. If you’re shopping
with us online or over the telephone, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you
are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to
make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what
you expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 14 working
days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you
wish to do this.
You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession;
they must be returned to us in a saleable condition. It is your responsibility
to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs
to be done promptly at your cost.
These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised,
perishable or time-critical goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that
have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and
safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
